***Based on previous reviews, a Culligan Filtration system has been installed at this location to remove any potential sulfur odors!***
The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached half bath. A sliding door allows immediate access to the back patio and gives a comforting view of the gorgeous trees outside.
The second bedroom offers a bunk bed. The bottom bed is full size, and the top bed is twin. There is also plenty of closet space to unpack your belongings.
A second bathroom is located in the hallway and is a full-size bath. It has a sink, shower, toilet, and a deep stand-alone bathtub.
The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, dishes, pots, and pans. The layout is long and narrow but wide enough for more than one person to help cook those family feasts!
We also have forced heat and forced A/C.
We are located on the river, but the terrain is rocky! We do not have a sandy beach to hang out on. This area is for rock-hopping nature lovers and river lovers!
Fall and winter rates range from $220 to $260 per night.
Spring and summer rates range from $240 to $330 per night.
Additional taxes, cleaning, insurance, and booking fees may apply to advertised rental rates.
All homes require a two night minimum and certain holiday weekends require a three night minimum.

Price quotes are valid for 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours then your reservation will be cancelled and the dates will be released to the general public.
