This comfy home is perfect for a couple or small family. Our main living area is open with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning stove, a dining table, multiple couches, and a small library of books and CDs for music and book lovers.

The bedroom has a king bed and a small dresser for unpacking belongings. It also has access to the washer and dryer.

The living room offers a full-size couch with a pull-out sofa bed and an additional day bed that can provide an additional twin bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, a coffee maker, a toaster, utensils, and dishes. There is also a full-size stainless steel refrigerator and electric stove for cooking. The kitchen has a calming view of our little river, where you can watch the family play.

The bathroom is a tub and shower combination with a small vanity.

The back patio sits right next to the river. Watch the children play, read a book, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy a beer and BBQ! We have a patio table, chairs, and a propane BBQ for those afternoon or evening bonding moments.

The house is supplied with linens, towels, WiFi, and a smart television that is hooked up to the internet. We do not offer cable television at this location. Our kitchen has coffee and basic spices. The bathroom has body wash, a hair dryer, and shampoo and conditioner.

Fall and winter rates range from $150 to $200
Spring and summer rates range from $180 to $250
Additional taxes, cleaning, insurance, and booking fees may apply to advertised rental rates.  

All homes require a two night minimum.  Memorial Day to Labor Day require a three night minimum for high season. Off Season Holidays also require a three night minimum.

Prices subject to change without notice.  Rates may be subject to change during peak and holiday seasons. 
Price quotes are valid for 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours then your reservation will be cancelled and the dates will be released to the general public.

Please consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases in any place where people are present or have been. Although we have implemented recommended practices to promote the health and safety for all of our guests and staff, we cannot ensure or be held liable that the premises are free from contagions.
