At Great Place for Family Bonding and on the river - "Seasonal River"!

Sleeps up to 8 in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
8 People Maximum 

Foosball, ping-pong, river access, lounge on the back patio, BBQ, socialize, and play some corn hole—a great place for families and friends that want to bond.

This home is in a subdivision and is not secluded from other people. The benefit of being in the neighborhood is that it is one of the few areas in Three Rivers where it is safer to take an evening stroll or bike ride. In the backyard, you can listen to the sounds of the river and stare at the stars while relaxing on the patio.

Enjoy three Bedrooms, two bathrooms, over 1600 square feet of house space, and a large backyard patio for family gatherings. We have a game room, living room, large kitchen, and three bedrooms for everyone to spread out. Come check us out!

Parties and late-night social gatherings are prohibited, and quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. If we receive any complaints from the neighbors, you will be removed immediately without a refund.


***This River Location is SEASONAL and not guaranteed to have water. If it is important to have water, please inquire BEFORE booking your reservation. ***

You can only access the river directly behind the house and cannot walk up and down the river bank. The river is seasonal and not guaranteed to have water year-round.

The river is private property. Obey the signs, and please do not trespass on our neighbors' properties.  

Smoking is not allowed on this property, inside or outside. Any signs of smoking, vaping, etc., will result in a $250 acceptable cleaning fee.

Parties and late-night social gatherings are prohibited, and quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. If we receive any complaints from the neighbors, you will be removed immediately without a refund.

 Fall and winter rates range from $220 to $350
 Spring and summer rates range from $250 to $450
Additional taxes, cleaning, insurance, and booking fees may apply to advertised rental rates.  

All homes require a two night minimum and certain holiday weekends require a three night minimum.

Prices subject to change without notice.  Rates may be subject to change during peak and holiday seasons. 
Price quotes are valid for 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours then your reservation will be cancelled and the dates will be released to the general public.

Please consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases in any place where people are present or have been. Although we have implemented recommended practices to promote the health and safety for all of our guests and staff, we cannot ensure or be held liable that the premises are free from contagions. By voluntarily renting and entering this home, you (and each person in your party) acknowledge and agree to accept complete and sole responsibility for the inherent risk of possible exposure.
