Make some memories at this unique, private, family-friendly place!

We offer River "Access" and four Bedrooms with two bathrooms. Best of all, your family pet is welcome! 

The River is Not visible from the house, but it's just a short walk down the driveway to your little beach. (The other side of the river is a vacation rental, too, so you may see other people!)

This home offers four bedrooms: two with King-Size Beds and two with queen-size beds, two shared bathrooms in the hallway, a living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include a full-size pool table, dart board, WiFi, Netflix, and Propane BBQ—yes, we supply the propane.
Washer and Dryer, Outdoor Patio Furniture. You can also explore the four acres of land for additional activities.


***River access is yours to enjoy with family and friends, although You cannot see the river from the house. Please be advised the river is a short walk from the house and not recommended for guests with stability issues as it is a dirt path with rocks***


​Fall and winter rates range from $250 to $500
Spring and summer rates range from $300 to $600
Additional taxes, cleaning, insurance, and booking fees may apply to advertised rental rates.  

All homes require a two night minimum and high season and holidays require a three night minimum.

Prices subject to change without notice.  Rates may be subject to change during peak and holiday seasons. 
Price quotes are valid for 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours then your reservation will be cancelled and the dates will be released to the general public.

Please consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases in any place where people are present or have been. Although we have implemented recommended practices to promote the health and safety for all of our guests and staff, we cannot ensure or be held liable that the premises are free from contagions.
